Medical Assistant
The Medical Assistant program is 12 months in length and meets M-F from 8am to 2:30pm and begins only at the start of each September. Training includes a clinical externship with 8 hour days. The hours worked will vary depending on the facility. All steps for enrollment can be found in the program's brochure and enrollment steps publication.

The Medical Assistant program prepares students to become members of the health care team in doctor's offices, medical clinics, hospitals, and specialty practices. The curriculum includes administrative and clinical competencies. Clinical experiences include a variety of general and specialty practices.
