Dental Assisting
The Dental Assisting program is 12 months in length and meets M-F from 8am to 2:30pm and begins only at the start of each September. Training includes a clinical externship with 8 hour days. The hours worked will vary depending on the facility. All steps for enrollment can be found in the program's brochure and enrollment steps publication.

The Dental Assistant program prepares students to become members of the health care team. The course includes theory with demonstrations and classroom instruction. Students receive supervised experience performing procedures using study models, mannequins, and other simulated methods. Students receive three months of supervised experience in the clinical setting performing procedures, on dental patients in a dental office.
